Description
Join Ruth for an immersive experience in the world of stained glass, where you'll have the opportunity to create your very own stained glass sun catcher which you can take home with you at the end of the day.
Prior to the workshop, Ruth will contact you to discuss any design ideas you may have to ensure a personalised and inspiring session. There are also plenty of patterns ready to go in the studio.
On arrival you'll be greeted by Ruth in her charming studio. She will guide you through the process, starting with the selection of your glass pieces. Once you've chosen your materials, Ruth will teach you how to cut the glass, making the process fun and accessible.
Next, you'll explore the copper foil technique, an essential skill in stained glass. Ruth's practical guidance will help you master this technique and prepare your pieces for final assembly. The experience continues as you learn to solder the pieces together, giving your creation a professional finish.
