On arrival you'll be greeted by Ruth in her charming studio. She will guide you through the process, starting with the selection of your glass pieces. Once you've chosen your materials, Ruth will teach you how to cut the glass, making the process fun and accessible. Important Information

  • Due to the materials used (lead), this course is not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. We use very hot soldering irons when soldering the glass pieces together. We have aprons, nitrile gloves and safety glasses available in the studio on request. Long hair should be tied back during the workshop. Most of the creative elements of the stained glass process are completed standing, we have 'bar stool' type chairs in the studio and a lower desk/chair available if required.
