Description

Your day begins at Brighton Railway Station, where your guide will meet you before you catch the bus to the South Downs. From there, you will ascend to Ditchling Beacon, Sussex’s highest point, offering expansive views across the landscape.

After alighting the bus, you start a walk downhill to the first vineyard for a sparkling wine tasting. Then you continue to the historic village of Ditchling, where you have time to explore and select lunch at either a traditional village pub or an award-winning tea room.

Post-lunch, meet at Historic St. Margaret’s Church and proceed to the second vineyard for a guided tour of the winery and vineyard, including another sparkling wine tasting. A short walk afterward leads you to the local railway station, where you return by train to Brighton, finishing the tour in the North Laine area.
