Etch Restaurant is situated at 216 Church Road in Brighton & Hove. It’s a 12-table British tasting menu restaurant by MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards.
 
The philosophy of the restaurant is to celebrate local and British food using monthly changing tasting menus. You can choose from a choice of five, seven or nine-course dishes created by using two main ingredients to feature the fabulous produce provided by local suppliers. The flavour is created by reducing and enhancing ingredients to get the purity of taste – no spices are used, not even pepper.
