Mango Tout believes in real cooking, using fresh, sustainable ingredients wherever possible. The ingredients come from Sussex and are always the highest quality. Fresh juices, seasonal kefir and citronade are made from scratch.
The wines come from organic agriculture and a low intervention approach to vinification. These naturally produced wines are true to their source, fruit and terroir.
The brunch menu includes a selection of croissants, sandwiches, omelettes and a range of cooked breakfasts including full English, vegetarian and vegan options.
The pre-theatre menu is available between 6-7 pm, and it includes two courses and a glass of natural wine. The dinner menu includes beef stew, arancini, free-range bavette steak with chips and many more.
