All cakes, bakes and other sweet treats are hand-made with love and care, using high-quality ingredients. Everything is made without gluten, and some bakes are also free from eggs, dairy or both. Some of the popular cakes are Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Chocolate and Blackberry Cheesecake Brownie; Vegan Apple Cake; Honey Cake; Date, Banana and Pecan Loaf (dairy-free).
Custom-made whole cakes, brownies, cakes and tarts are also available to order and can be collected from Berkson Bakes’ store or can be hand-delivered to your door within Brighton & Hove for a £6 delivery charge. Lashing of icing in on and around can be added as well. Message can also be added on top of the cake, at no extra cost.
