The bakery is dedicated to wholesale, working closely with local companies by supplying handcrafted sourdough and artisan pieces of bread, unique cakes, delicate pastries and tarts every morning. Bakers and pastry chefs bake seven days a week, using quality ingredients and traditional methods and taking inspiration from classical English, European, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean baking. The menus are updated regularly by seasonal additions, new and exciting products.
The bakery also specialises in Gluten-Free and Vegan baking and have a unique range of products on site. It uses only free-range eggs which are locally sourced.
Some of the most popular Artisan pieces of bread are gluten-free loaf, multi seeded gluten-free rolls, white farmhouse cob, brown farmhouse tin and Norfolk seeded malted grain cob.
