Komedia is Brighton’s premier live entertainment venue featuring the most unique and significant entertainment events in the UK. The place represents over 700 performances of music, cabaret, comedy and children’s theatre. Some of the best performers are Bent Double, Krater Comedy Club and Comic Boom. What’s more, Komedia won the Chortle Comedy Award for Best Venue in the South. Komedia helps to launch a career of dozens of the UK comics.
The venue represents two vibrant and flexible performance spaces with a very adjustable set-up and a kitchen. There is also a Picturehouse working at the Duke’s at Komedia Cinema upstairs. The venue can be hired for birthday, stag, hen or office parties. The versatile space is also available for wedding and civil partnership celebrations, anniversaries, workshops, seminars, receptions and many more.
