Brighton Pilates Studio offers Pilates classes, workshops, treatments and teacher training. There is a wide choice of Pilates classes, including equipped, reformer, pregnancy, teen and private sessions. Pilates classes are tailored to you. You’ll experience a safe and challenging workout on the Pilates equipment while having instructor support usually only offered in private sessions. The classes have a maximum of 4 people per class. It’s a perfect place for post-rehabilitation and improving your movement performance. You’ll get a postural and fitness test in an initial one to one session to identify your goal and focus areas. The classes run for 55 minutes and are ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation. There is flexibility to book your class to suits your schedule. The studio is fully equipped with Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Wall tower and many more.
If you need some help towards alignment, pain or movement restriction you can choose from a wide range of treatments. The treatments are osteopathy, clinical massage, myofascial release and women’s health physiotherapy. You can also learn movement and useful self-release techniques to easing tension in the Moving Fascia self-care workshops.
