NuPosto was opened in 2015 as the first Neapolitan pizza restaurant in Brighton. Since then NuPposto expanded its menu to include pasta and a daily selection of small plates and salads. It’s a traditional family-run restaurant with a team of Neapolitan chef to give you a taste of the classic Italian style cooking with a modern twist.
Pasta is freshly cooked daily in the restaurant by using semolina flour and water. By not using eggs, the pasta is entirely vegan. Gluten-free options are also available.
Pizza dough is cooked by using safeguarding method in-store at 450° in the pizza oven. The dough has a puffy crust with a beautiful soft centre.
The dining area has a graffitied interior offering a range of seating from family to a larger size of booking with an open kitchen.
The restaurant also offers a takeaway menu and order to collect.
