Tristan was classically trained, and he has further developed his skills by his love for good food and enthusiasm. What’s more, he brings the old and new together create sensational and innovative dishes. Being the first Michelin starred restaurant in the area, raised the bar in the local area and pushed the boundaries with flavours, unique ingredients and the enthusiasm of a young team.
Every dish has original flavours by using fresh ingredients. You can choose from various menus that have 3 to 8 courses with a change from the usual A La Carte menu options.
The restaurant offers a wide range of most excellent wines including wine by Coravin (wine by the glass), organic wines, high-quality local and international wines, beers and ciders.
