Tristan Restaurant is situated in the historic town of Horsham. This 16th-century building where the original oak style meets contemporary style sets the scene for the beautiful dining room and bar.
Tristan was classically trained, and he has further developed his skills by his love for good food and enthusiasm. What’s more, he brings the old and new together create sensational and innovative dishes. Being the first Michelin starred restaurant in the area, raised the bar in the local area and pushed the boundaries with flavours, unique ingredients and the enthusiasm of a young team.
Every dish has original flavours by using fresh ingredients. You can choose from various menus that have 3 to 8 courses with a change from the usual A La Carte menu options.
