Chocadyllic is owned by Evelyn Day – extreme chocolate maker and sculptor. Evelyn creates bespoke and delicately detailed showpieces for special events and celebrations using the very best Belgian couverture chocolate.
 
The sculptures are inspired by Evelyn’s love of travel and architecture. Evelyn has recently appeared on several episodes of Channel 4’s Extreme Chocolate Makers. The show featured the best extreme chocolate makers in the UK. You can catch up the Channel 4 series on All 4.
 
Evelyn’s chocolate creation is also available to buy exclusively at the Royal Pavilion shop in Brighton. You can buy the lovingly handmade miniature lollipops of Royal Pavilion in milk, dark and ruby chocolate.
 
Chocolate Sculpture Gallery varies in style and technique. Some of the famous sculptures from her collection include Paris’ Eifel Tower, Brighton’s Bandstand, Beachy Head Lighthouse and many more.
