He brought his 22 years of experience to the UK for the first time. Michel works together with James Sutton, who is a passionate artisan chocolatier. James’s creativity inspired Michel to expand his chocolate store from Bali and Barcelona to Brighton.

All chocolate is freshly hand made in front of customers every day in their workshops. Cocoa and other ingredients are chosen only the highest quality and from ethical sources. The store offers lots of delicious gift boxes such as Long Mix Box, Deluxe Box and Super Deluxe Box. There are lots of vegan options available such as orange box, small, medium and large cube box.
