Weight Loss & Fitness Programme
The programme includes guidance on eating sensibly, weight training and specific cardiovascular exercise. The all-around approach will get you the body you want. Livia will customise the programme to you and your lifestyle and includes ongoing motivational tips and support. The programme changes every three months to keep the body challenged.
The programme includes these plans:
- Monthly Training Plan (at home) – monthly food plan, weekly 1-2-1 zoom with Livia and full access to the Positive mindset weekly group package
- Weekly Health, Fitness & Mindset Plan – exercise class all the family (at home), support group, mindset & positivity advice, how to stay healthy while in isolation and weekly group sessions.
- Standard Transformation Package – Livia’s training and food plans, once a month contact by a person or phone call.
- Premium Transformation Package – unlimited phone, email and text support. It includes 1 x personal training session per month.
Bikini Competition & Diet Training
Competition prep coaching involves training plans, meal plans, posing and stage presence lessons, support at the show and reverse dieting post comp. Categories coached by Livia are body fitness, figure, bikini, bikini fitness model, muscle model, women’s physique, fitness model and fitness.
