You can choose from these three types of coaching:
- Heart session – one-to-one private coaching sessions, a sounding board of your ideas. Available once per month. It’s a space, to be honest, and get trusted advice.
- Blast session – when you need to get things sorted now. A three-hour blast session gives you a clear, confident plan of action. Available as a one-off.
- People skills – diversity & inclusion training with inspiring talks and public speaking.
If you would like to learn to meditate in your own home in just five days, you can choose nineteen video lessons. You will start from simple breathing techniques to 20 minutes of meditation by the end of this online course – From Stressed to Blessed.
- Weekly meditation call – every Monday at 7 pm (UK time)
- Clarity & Purpose Workshop online – Wednesday 10 June 2020 at 7 pm
You can also listen to weekly podcast meditation with Rifa on Spotify and Apple Podcast. The regular meditation can help you sleep better, relax and feel happier. Enjoy listening to these meditations for less stress and more fun.
