Fine Dining
64 Degrees is a modern British restaurant owned by Chef Michael Bremner, who won Great British Menu in 2017. Every year the restaurant has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by Michelin and it won the Number One spot of the Brighton Top 20 in 2016 & 2017. In the National Restaurant Top 100 list in 2017, it was voted in at 30th place.
The ever-evolving menu features small, tasty plates that use fresh and local ingredients. The wine list offers a selection of award-winning wines, including Pinot Noir, Malbec Reserva, Gruner Veltliner and many more. The open kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, where chefs show their magic and are happy to chat with you. If seated around the Chef’s pass, you can see how your food is being prepared and presented. The maximum size of any group booking is for 4 people, as the restaurant can only accommodate up to 20 seats.
