Isaac At is an award-winning, modern British restaurant located in Brighton centre. Every ingredient used at this restaurant is sourced from Sussex and every drink served is from England. A paper scroll on each table will show you where your food and drink came from. The restaurant is very cosy and the big windows let in lots of natural light, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

All food is prepared in an open kitchen where you can see Isaac and his team cooking your meal for you. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, your waiter/sommelier can help you to choose the best wine to suit your meal. Isaac At offers tasting menus, full vegetarian menus and set menus, which get changed frequently according to what’s fresh and seasonal.
