The Coal Shed
The food is cooked in an innovative charcoal Josper oven by using the freshest, locally produced ingredients. Whether you choose steak, octopus or cured salmon, everything is cooked to perfection. The finest quality steak is sourced from the tip of the North Highlands in Scotland and is ethically reared. All steaks are dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days. Fish and seafood are sourced daily from Brighton and Newhaven. A Lunch & Pre-Theatre menu is available every day between 12-4pm. Both menus are reasonably priced and are changed regularly. You can choose 2 courses for £15 or 3 for £17.50.
