Wild Flor is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant serving classic cooking with world-class wines. The restaurant offers an a la carte menu with familiar and modest comfort food alongside more luxury items. You can always expect to find terrine, croquettes, slow-cooked meats & simply cooked fresh fish on the menu alongside Iberico ham, rarebread meats, veal sweetbreads and fine cheeses. Set lunch and early dinner menu are also available from Thursday to Saturday & Monday lunchtimes - 2 courses £18 / 3 courses £22.
The wine list features menu in balancing quality and value. Lesser-known wines sit alongside the most excellent examples of grapes & blends from around the world.
Wild Flor is the creation of Robert Maynard, Faye Hudson and James Thomson who know each other for many years. The chef, Ollie Darby, has a background in fine-dining restaurants across Sussex, including The Gingerman in nearby Kemptown.
