Carlito Burrito is Brighton’s first Mexican owned restaurant. The menu is influenced by the seafood street food and ceviches from the Pacific coast; steaks are from the north and city Grub from Guadalajara. The restaurant is 100% Mexican owned and operated, cooking everything fresh from scratch with their own recipes.
Tortillas for the tacos and Totopos are made to order and are naturally gluten-free. Salsa and chilli sauces are made from imported chillies, and Mexican spices and the finest Sussex produce.
Drinks such as Margarita are made with 100% agave Tequila, organic agave syrup and homemade botanical cordials. Other popular beverages include a Mezcaleria, a range of Artisanal Mezcal & Sotol, a wide selection of Mexican beers and guest Craft beers and wines from independent European producers.
Catering is also available for any occasion and events. From office parties, private dining, hen and stag parties to festivals, weddings and birthdays with food truck hire.
