Wines are carefully curated from artisan and independent producers, who tend to work without chemicals in low yielding vineyards and vinify without any artificial enzymes or yeasts, recourse to acidification & other adjustments. The wine list changes weekly with exciting new additions, new vintages & tasting notes.
The wine bar runs regular winetasting events & discussions.
All dishes concentrate on the seasons, and all ingredients are sourced from a few local biodynamic farms. The menu changes daily based on what is available from the favourite day boats, butchers, game hunters and foragers. The small plates are perfect for a snack at the bar while exploring the wine list. The large plates are ideal for sharing with your companions.
