The award-winning sausages are handmade at the shop using the finest cuts from the shoulder of the free-range Sussex pork. Premium quality 28-day aged beef is sourced from local herds that are bred for eating and not from dairy herds. Common breeds include Sussex, Red Polls, Lincoln Reds & Aberdeen Angus. The beef is carefully aged on the bone for a minimum of 28-days and then expertly butchered.
Free-range chicken is additive/anti-biotic free allowed to roam freely in the fields.
