Bird and Blend Tea is a flagship Tea Mixology store. It offers tea with 70+ loose leaf blends; the flavours are ranging anything from award-winning Gingerbread Chai, Strawberry Lemonade to Great British tea. Tea Mixologists can even create iced tea or tea latte.

The store organises lots of regular events including tea blending workshops, matcha masterclass workshop and store events. Tea Blending Workshops are all about the art of tea blending and tasting. You’ll learn about the different teas, blending herbs, how to make them, how to best enjoy them and their benefits. Matcha Masterclass Workshops you’ll learn the art of matcha green tea, how it’s made, best enjoyed and their benefits. You’ll try a selection of blend teas or tea cocktails. You can even make a special matcha cocktail menu.
