Semolina is an independent café bistro offering a homemade seasonal menu with locally sourced ingredients from Sussex suppliers. Founded in 2014 by Orson & Linda Whitfield who love to make everything from scratch including desserts, ice cream, pasta and bread. The menu changes every month.
Finish at home menu is available for delivery or collection on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 3-6 pm.
Delicious coffee comes from a micro-roaster in Horsham, and loose teas are selected from the Bird & Blend Tea Co. in Brighton. The drinks menu features Sussex ales, ciders, wines and spirits were chosen personally with the help of Butler’s Wine Cellar.
Semolina is also available to host events up to 28 guests, offering on-street parking after 6 pm.
